These stretches are a few of my favorites that I like to do each day.

Relax Yoga at Home offers a soothing practice to unwind and ease tension. This gentle flow focuses on deep breathing and mindful movements, perfect for relaxation.

Start with slow stretches to release tightness in the body. Gentle spinal twists and forward folds help calm the nervous system and improve flexibility.

Incorporate deep belly breathing to enhance relaxation. Holding poses like Child’s Pose and Seated Forward Bend encourages a sense of peace.

Soft movements combined with mindfulness create a meditative experience. Flowing through stretches mindfully helps release stress and restore balance.

End with a calming Savasana, allowing the body to fully relax. A few minutes in stillness helps integrate the practice and promote deep rest.

Practicing yoga at home provides a personal space for relaxation. Consistency in gentle movement fosters well-being and inner calm.
